Danish Jamal is Vice President at MNP Corporate Finance based in Toronto. A strategic thinker and problem solver, Danish advises clients across a wide range of transactions and numerous industries, including manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, construction and engineering, and information technology.

Focusing on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets, Danish works closely with family-owned and entrepreneurial corporate businesses to support their growth, liquidity and succession planning goals and objectives. He is skilled in building financial models and conducting market and industry research, while also being well-versed in negotiating successful outcomes and maximizing shareholder value. In addition, Danish performs financial due diligence for private enterprises and institutional investors including private equity firms on their contemplated acquisitions.

Previously, Danish was an integral member of the public companies niche team at MNP, providing value-added assurance and advisory services to mid-sized companies listed on Canadian and U.S. exchanges.

Danish is qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
