Launched in 2006, Naseeha started as a telephone support line for young Muslims living in North America. Our helpline is available 7 days a week and free for all of our callers. We aim to actively listen to our callers and provide them with support in an anonymous and confidential manner through Prophetic counselling. Our counselors provide peer to peer counselling using guidelines from the Quran and Sunnah as tools to help callers find solutions to their issues. They display an indepth understanding of the issues facing Muslim youth along with exceptional academic and personal accomplishments. Their diversity facilitates Naseeha in serving callers of various backgrounds and experiences. Our peer support cover topics such as Drugs and Alcohol, Bullying, Religion, Marriage and Divorce, Domestic Issues, Pornography, Mental Health, Bullying, Depression, Career or Work related issues.

MAX Social Work scholarship aims to promote community service through social work, grounded in the belief of our shared responsibility to create a climate of respect and inclusion for all in the context of our diverse society. It aims to recognize and reward students studying social work or a social-work related program who have excelled in academics and combined this achievement with outstanding contributions to their school and/or community.
