Farah is the Senior Manager of Optimization at CIBC where she’s exploring methods of simplifying and modernizing the banking experience. She is an avid supporter and promoter of community engagement and diversity within the organization and has influenced and lead groups such as United Way, GenNext. She’s received the CIBC Diversity Champion Award in recognition of her contributions towards creating and supporting a South Asian diversity initiatives.
She also commits her time in other areas as needed and has mentored youth during the PanAm games, and volunteered with Muslim run organizations such as MIST and Ramadan Tent Project in the past.
Farah is a graduate of the University of Toronto and spends her spare time dabbling in abstract art.
